MIS DEGEN CASE
- The patient presented with progressive worsening lumbar mechanical back pain and bilateral lower extremity radiculopathy, paresthesia, weakness, and neurogenic claudication, due to degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis and severe stenosis at L3-4.
- The surgical goals for circumferential decompression, stabilization, and restoration of alignment were efficiently and properly achieved with the Invictus™ MIS hardware, SIGMA TLIF™ retractor, and Calibrate CCX™ interbody spacer.
- The patient was discharged home on postoperative day 1, with resolved preoperative pain symptoms, in addition to significantly improved strength.
